摘　　要：在随机应力作用下强度随时间退化时,建立3种强度退化函数.在考虑强度退化时,分别将强度退化视为随机变量和随机过程,研究了随时间变化的应力-强度干涉模型.使用泊松过程描述应力的作用过程,运用概率微分方程,建立在3种强度退化下的动态应力-强度干涉模型.Three kinds of strength degradation function are built under the circumstance of strength degradation with time for the effect of random stress. The deterioration process is modeled as a stochastic process and a sto- chastic respectively when considering strength aging degradation. The process of stress acting is described with the Poisson process, and the time-dependent reliability models of component are built with the probability equation when strength degenerates.
