摘　　要：讨论了利用JavaME创建移动应用的关键技术,并将其应用在森林火灾移动预警系统中,采用JavaME开发手机移动客户端,使用户通过手机终端能够实时掌握控制中心的火险监测数据等信息.以移动数据查询为例,重点分析了手机客户端的实现过程和关键的代码框架.Key techniques based on JavaME（Java Micro Edition） are discussed,which are utilized to develop warning system for forest fire,in which client software with JavaMe is run on a mobile phone so that users can timely obtain monitoring fire data and other information from fire control center by means of the mobile phone terminal.Taking mobile data inquiry as an illustration,the implementing process of mobile phone terminal and critical code of programming are introduced.
