降低烧结机漏风问题的探讨

摘　　要：通过对湘钢二烧烧结机漏风率的两次测试和结果分析 ,从密封装置、润滑系统、附件结构的改进等方面提出了一系列降低漏风率的对策 ,为烧结工序的增产节能 ,降低生产成本 ,提高经济效益提供了一条行之有效的途径。In this paper,two tests are described on air leakage of sinter machine in №2 sintering plant of Xiangtan iron and steel Co.According to the test results,on the base of analysis and discussion, a series of measures on decreasing air leakage of sinter machine are putted forwored from sealed devices,lubricating oil system, maintenance and management etc.An effective and feasible way is supplied for energy saving and increasing production, decreasding production cost ,increasing economy benefit of sintering process.
