摘　　要：发扬党内民主有利于巩固党的团结统一,推动人民民主,增进社会的和谐。高等院校肩负着培养社会主义现代化建设的高层次人才的重任,加强高校的党组织建设,特别是党内民主建设,是培养高水平人才的需要,为党的事业打下夯实的基础,保持发展的活力。Strengthening the party organization construction is the need of cultivating talents, the base of party＇s cause and the vigor of develop- ment. This thesis discusses the main ways of improving it according to the existing problems, combining with the process of the inner-party democracy.
