摘　　要：攀钢冷轧厂六辊四机架 HC轧机投产初期使用了 1 0 8根日立辊 ,后改用邢台轧辊厂和常冶轧辊厂生产的轧辊 ,轧辊单耗由最初的 1 .5kg/t降至目前的 0 .9kg/t,生产的产品表面质量逐步提高。对 HC连轧机工作辊使用情况及国产化现状进行分析总结。In early days since start up in June 20, 1996,108 pieces of Hitach roll had been consumed on the six high 4 stand tandem HC mill After that, the rolls manufactured by Xingtai Roll Factory or in Changye Roll Factory were used The roll consumption has been reduced from 1 5 kg/t in the early days to 0 9 kg/t at present The quality of the products has been improved The application and domestic manufacture of the work roll for the HC mill have been analyzed and summarized in this article
