摘　　要：目的为了解和探讨珠海地区人群的幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,简称Hp)的感染状况而进行本次调查。方法对4648例体检者检查资料进行整理分析,按性别、年龄分组,用胶体金法检测体检者的Hp抗体,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 4648例健康体检中男性Hp阳性率(41.87%)与女性阳性率(42.51%)大致相近。Hp阳性率随年龄增加而增加,与年龄呈正相关关系。全部阳性例子中现症感染者(99.18%)明显多于过往感染者(0.82%)。结论本地区的Hp阳性率偏高且本地区的Hp感染状况不容忽视。Objective In order to research epidemiolgical investigation on Hp（ Helicobacter pylori）infection of people in Zhu- hai City. Methods First, collect 4648 cases of physical examinations, Then the people who took physical examinations are grouped by gender and age. The level of Hp-antibodies were detected by Colloidal Gold Device. Then,tried to analyze the results. Results The positive male rate（41.87% ）of Hp infection was similar to female rate （42. 51% ） of the 4648 people. With the age increasing, Hp infection rate tends to increase, there was apparently Positive relation. In addition, the current infection rate（99. 18% ） is much higher than the past infection rate（0. 82% ）. Conclusion The positive rate of Hp infection is hie, h and it does not neglect about the condition of Helieobacter pylori infection of people in Zhuhai City.
