摘　　要：论述了汽车涂装生产线中输送工件常采用的悬挂式推杆链、双摆杆式输送链各自工作原理、特点,进一步对涂装生产线中的同步问题进行了探讨。特别对目前在汽车涂装生产线上积极倡导的Rod-dip和Vario Shuttle多功能穿梭机输送装置进行了较为细致的分析。The principle and features of common hanging push-rod chain and double-rocker chain driving modes which are used to convey the workpieees in the auto coating machine line have been introduced in the text. The synchronization issue on the coating machine line has been discussed. The new multi-functional transfer units such as Rod-dip and Vario Shuttle which are used widely in the auto coating line have been analyzed in detail.
