摘  要:针对可拆卸设计问题,提出运用TRIZ物—场分析原理和TRIZ冲突解决原理进行产品零部件间可拆卸联接改进设计。首先将可拆卸联接改进设计问题归纳为联接结构改进设计和联接结构稳定性设计两个子问题,通过构建联接结构改进设计的物—场分析模型以及物理冲突模型,建立利用物—场分析模型和物理冲突进行可拆卸联接改进设计流程与方法。针对联接结构稳定性设计中联接关系趋于失效和趋于复杂两种情况,从减少外界对联接结构有害影响和增强联接结构自身的抗外界影响两方面构建导致联接结构变化的物—场分析模型,给出保证联接结构稳定性的设计流程与方法。最后用计算机主机箱实例说明了研究方法的可行性和正确性。For solving the issues of design for disassembly(DFD),theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ) methods of contradictions inventive principles and substance-field analysis principles are used to provide innovative ideas to improve the disassembly performances of joint structure between product parts.The problem of design for disassembly performances of joint structure is divided into to two sub-problems: revised design for joint structures and stability design for joint structures.A substance-field model and physical contradictions model for revised design for joint structures is build and a design process for improving the disassemble performance of joint structure is established.For solving the joint structures' stability such as turning to failure or complex,substance-field model is constructed from two aspects of reducing the harmful effects of the external to structures and enhancing the structures resistibility to the harmful effects.Finally,examples of computer mainframe box are given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
