Effects of the Application of Biogas Manure and Soybean Cake Compost on Yield and Fruit Quality of Pear-jujube in Mountainous Region of Loess Plateau

摘  要:采用田间试验研究了沼肥和发酵豆饼肥对黄土高原山地矮化密植梨枣产量与品质的影响。结果表明:施用沼肥、饼肥后枣树叶片叶绿素含量显著增加;显著提高单果重,并改善果形指数;产量明显提高,增产达62.28%和154.68%;施用沼肥后梨枣的还原型Vc含量最高,而施用饼肥其总糖含量及总黄酮含量最高,且差异显著。因此,施用沼肥及饼肥既促进了黄土丘陵区山地矮化密植梨枣的生长,提高产量,也可改善枣果的品质。Field experiment was conducted to study the effects of the application of biogas manure and the cake fertilizer on yield and fruit quality of close planted pear-jujube in mountainous region of the Loess Plateau. The results showed that both applying the biogas manure and the cake fertilizer could significantly increase the chlorophyll content in pear-jujube leaves compared with the contrast; the biogas manure and the cake fertilizer not only obviously increased the fruit size and weight, improved the fruit shape index, but also significantly enhanced the yield of pear-jujube, and the yield increase rate were 62. 28G and 154.68~, respectively. Meanwhile, the quality of pear-jujube and rich nutrition were improved signifi- application of the cake fertilizer also increased the sugar content and the content of total flavonoids in pear- jujube significantly. In short, the application of biogas manure and the cake fertilizer can improve the yield and fruit quality of pear-jujube in the mountainous areas in the Loess Plateau.
