摘  要:通过田间自然鉴定方法,2008-2010年连续3年调查了42个栽培品种白粉病抗性表现及8个苹果杂交组合的F1代实生苗抗白粉病遗传表现。结果表明:苹果栽培品种在田间自然条件下抗白粉病的表现形式是丰富多样的,共鉴定出高抗材料5份,抗病材料21份,感病材料14份,高感材料2份。杂交后代表型分离说明苹果的抗白粉病由多基因控制,基因间存在互作效应,当表现累加效应时,后代表现高抗,富士对白粉病的抗性属于多基因控制的共显性遗传。By using natural field identification method, the resistance of 42 apple cultivars to powdery mildew and its inheritance of F1 generation were studied during 2008-2010. Five cultivars demonstrated high resistance, 21 were resistant cultivars, 14 were susceptible, and 2 were high susceptible. The resistant phenotypes to powdery mildew in 42 apple cultivars were rich and diverse. Based on the characteristics of the segregation and resistant phenotype to powdery mildew from the progenies of inter-specific hybridiza- tion,it was suggested that the resistance of the apple cultivars to powdery mildew was controlled by the multi-genes, interaction effect existed between genes, an the descendants represented high resistance dur- ing the performance of the cumulative effect.
