摘  要:分析了制约巷道快速掘进的影响因素,提出了提高下山巷道掘进速度的技术措施。在爆破技术方面,通过改善掏槽形式、增设抛渣辅助眼、采用新型周边眼定向聚能断裂爆破技术等爆破技术措施,增加进尺、保证成型;在施工配套设备方面,通过采用耙装机+斜巷输送带(可兼作运料)+矸石仓机械化作业线,提高施工速度、减小劳动强度;在施工组织方面,通过采用多工序平行交叉作业方式、抓好正规循环作业等施工组织管理措施,保证各工序有序进行。在华恒矿-1 000 m水平副暗斜井某施工段,在岩石硬度较大的情况下,通过应用上述措施,月进尺提高了35%以上,证明了该技术提高硬岩下山巷道掘进速度的有效性。Based on the analysis of the influence factors for roadway advancement, several technical measures for increasing advancing speed were proposed. Those blasting techniques, such as improving cutting form, setting special auxiliary holes to increase the thrown distance of the blasting fragment pieces, adopting new-type directional fracture controlled blasting, can be used to increase single cycle footage and reduce the degree of excessive or insufficient exca- vation of dip roadway ; while in terms of construction equipment, mechanized operation line consisting of scraper loader, belt conveyor for inclined roadway and horizontal refuse bunker can be used to improve construction speed and reduce labor intensity. Furthermore, the parallel-cross operation method for multiple working procedures adopted in the normal cyclic operation can ensure work running in an orderly manner. An application of above-mentioned theory and measures in the excavation of auxiliary blind slope at the level of 1 000 m in Huaheng Coal Mine showed a 35% increase in the single cycle footage per month, proving this method is effective for improving the advancing speed of hard rock dip roadway.
