摘  要:针对云南某多金属矿原有工艺流程不能高效回收其中铜矿物的问题,进行了选矿试验研究。粗选不添加石灰的情况下,采用组合药剂能得到含铜12.68%,回收率44.71%的铜精矿;工业生产能得到含铜15.16%,回收率47.00%的铜精矿。新工艺技术大大提高了铜精矿的品位和回收率,组合药剂用量少,选矿成本低,为企业赢得了很好的经济效益,实现了资源的高效利用。Beneficiation tests were carried out to solve the problem of the copper minerals being diffcult to be recovered with current flowsheet from a Yunnan polymetallic ore. When no lime was added during the roughing process, a copper concentrate with a copper content and recovery of 12. 68% and 44. 71%, respectively, can be produced with a combined reagent, while, for commercial application, a copper concentrate with a copper content and recovery of 15.16% and 47. 00% , respectively, can be obtained. With this technique, the grade and recovery of copper concentrate can be significantly improved. Furthermore, as the dosage of combined reagent and the processing costs can be reduced, more profit can be expected and the purpose for high efficient utilization of recourses can be attained.
