摘  要:针对磷矿中伴生轻稀土元素进行了硝酸浸出的影响因素研究与TBP萃取探索实验。在硝酸浸出过程中,随浸出时间延长、温度升高、酸度增加及液固比的增大,轻稀土浸出率增大,在液固比2.5∶1、60℃、45%酸度、时间2 h的条件下,浸出率达99%以上。经50%TBP三级逆流萃取,相比为2,萃取率达99.2%,轻稀土总回收率大于98%。Studies on the influencing were conducted for the accompanying process, the leaching rate of LREES factors for nitric acid leaching and exploratory tests of light rare earth elements (LREES) in phosphate rock. solvent extraction with TBP During nitrate acid leaching increased with the extension of leaching time, an increase in the temperature, acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio.
