摘 要:介绍了X100管线钢埋弧焊用烧结焊剂的渣系选择,分析了碱度范围确定及焊接工艺性和力学性能,通过与X100匹配焊丝H03MnNi3MoTiB进行双丝埋弧焊接试验,其焊缝和热影响区质量均满足API SPEC 5L标准要求,但焊道表面存在黑斑,经能谱分析得知焊道表面黑斑成分为氧化亚铁,并设想提出通过增强熔渣的保护作用和降低焊缝氧含量进而消除黑斑现象的方案,从而得到优异的X100管线钢焊剂配方。In this article, it introduced slag system selection of flux used for X100 pipeline steel submerged-arc welding, alkalinity range determination, as well as analysis on welding process and mechanical performance. Using H03MnNi3MoTiB wire which is matched with X100 to conduct double wire submerged-arc welding test, the results indicated that the quality of weld and HAZ both meet the requirements of API SPEC 5L , but some black spot exist in bead surface. The composition of black spot is iron oxide by energy spectrum analysis, a kind of improved approach of removing black spot, increasing slag protection and reducing the content of oxygen in weld, is proposed, so the prescription for excellent flux to X 100 pipeline steel has been obtained.
