摘  要:目的:研究肝癌缺失基因-1(DLC-1)、粘着斑激酶(FAK)及p130Crk相关底物(p130Cas)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测正常卵巢和卵巢癌组织中DLC-1、FAK和p130Cas蛋白的表达。结果:卵巢癌组织中DLC-1蛋白表达低于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05);FAK和p130Cas蛋白的表达均高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。DLC-1蛋白的低表达与卵巢癌的临床分期、腹水和淋巴结转移相关。FAK蛋白的高表达与卵巢癌的分化程度、腹水和淋巴结转移相关。p130Cas蛋白的高表达与卵巢癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。卵巢癌中DLC-1与FAK和p130Cas的蛋白表达之间均呈负相关。结论:DLC-1低表达或表达缺失和FAK及p130Cas的高表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关。DLC-1和FAK及p130Cas的联合检测有助于判断卵巢癌的恶性程度。Objective: To study the protein expression of DLC-1,FAK and Crk-associated substrate 130 kDa(p130Cas) in epithelial ovarian cancer and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: The protein levels of DLC-1,FAK and p130Cas in epithelial ovarian cancers and normal ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of DLC-1 protein were significantly lower in epithelial ovarian cancer than in normal ovarian tissues(P0.05).The positive rates of FAK and p130Cas protein were significantly higher in epithelial ovarian cancer than those in normal ovarian tissues(P0.05).The protein expressions of DLC-1 were correlated with clinical stages,ascites formation and lymph node metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer.The protein expressions of FAK were correlated with histological differentiation,ascites formation and lymph node metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer.The protein expression of p130Cas was correlated with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer.DLC-1 protein expression in ovarian cancer was inversely associated with FAK and p130Cas protein expression. Conclusion: The overexpression of FAK and p130Cas and the underexpression or loss of DLC-1 may play an important role in the generation and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.The combination detection of DLC-1,FAK andp130Cas may be helpful in predicting the malignant degree.
