摘　　要：目的:应用组织运动二尖瓣环位移技术(Tracking of mitral anular displacement,TMAD)测定二尖瓣环位移(MAD),探讨其在评估胸部放疗致心脏早期损伤方面的临床应用价值。方法:收集肿瘤医院放疗科接受胸部放疗放射野累及心脏的患者共42例。放疗前、半程、全程放疗后进行左心室射血分数(LVEF)常规超声心动图检查及MAD测量。结果:放疗后LVEF与放疗前无显著性差异,MAD各测值全程放疗后与放疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:MAD能较敏感地反映出放疗对左心室收缩功能的影响,TMAD技术有望成为一种评价心脏收缩功能的新方法。Objective： To investigate the value of mitral annular displacement（MAD） by tissue mitral annular displacement（TMAD） in evaluating cardiac injury caused by thoracic radiotherapy.Methods： Receive chest radiotherapy radiation field of cardiac involvement patients with a total of 42 cases collected in tumor hospital Radiation Oncology.LVEF,conventional echocardiography and MAD were conducted before radiotherapy,half and full radiotherapy.Results：LVEF had no significant difference after radiotherapy.Each MAD measuring value after radiotherapy all had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：MAD can be more sensitive to retlect the impact of radiation therapy on left ventricular systolic function,and the TMAD technology is expected to become an evaluation of cardiac systolic function.
