碘伏浸泡治疗早期糖尿病足32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察碘伏浸泡治疗早期糖尿病足的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:32例糖尿病足患者在饮食指导、常规控制血糖、改善微循环等内科治疗基础上,采用碘伏浸泡,观察治疗效果和不良反应。结果:治愈29例,总有效率为90.6%,未愈2例,均为4级,1例碘过敏终止治疗,无不良反应。结论:碘伏浸泡治疗早期糖尿病足疗效显著,无不良反应,无需住院治疗,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of soaking therapy in povidone - iodine for diabetic foot. Methods： 32 cases received the soaking therapy in povidone - iodine bases on improving microcirculation, with the diet and blood sugar controlled. The clinic effects and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results： After the treatment, 29 cases were cured , the total effective rate was 90. 6% , 2 cases in 4 degree were not cured; 1 case of iodine allergy terminated treatment, There were no adverse reaction. Conclusion： Soaking therapy in povidone -iodine for diabetic foot is effective which is worth midespread use.
