摘  要:针对数控磨削螺旋槽的特点 ,提出了基于一般特种回转面刀具刀刃曲线和刀面截形的螺旋槽通用几何模型。该模型采用统一的形式表示螺旋槽 ,为特种回转面刀具的设计和数控加工提供了理论基础。A new method of establishing general geometric model of spiral surfaces of flute of a special revolving tool is presented in terms of the characteristic of NC grinding spiral surface of flute. The model is based on helical cutting edge and a given profile on cross section of the cutter. The model writes spiral surface of flute in a uniform expression, theoretic foundations for designing and NC machining of special revolving tools are thus established. The model is also suitable for different kinds of rotary shaped cutting tools.
