摘　　要：从电子物理到信息通信,从标准制定到科研管理,当年"误打误撞"进入部电信研究院的刘多在职业生涯中至少已经进行了两次重要的角色定位转变。令人佩服的是,无论怎样"转型",她都能演绎出精彩。Ms. Liu Duo is Vice President of China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) of MIIT, the national research organization in telecom sector. Being in charge of the research work in CATR and taking up other social positions, she looks energetic and full of passion at work. Liu Duo believes that one needs to be practical, diligent, hardworking and modest at any kind of work; as a researcher, it is more important to be curious, serious and pragmatic. Such point of view has been proved by her experiences. Since her joining CATR of MIIT accidentally 20 year ago, there has been two important 'transformation'in her career: from electronic physics to information communication, and from standard setting to research management. It is admirable that no matter how her work changes, Liu duo can always achieve outstanding performance with her responsible and hardworking characteristics.
