摘 要:NMOHEMS剖面探头主要用于快速获取海洋水文剖面资料,剖面探头投放后,运动时间和下落距离关系的确定将直接影响到剖面测量结果的准确性。在玻璃水箱和水库2种环境下,分别设计实验方法。在玻璃水箱实验中,利用高速摄像记录不同质量剖面探头的下落过程,编写图像处理程序、完成数据处理和误差分析;水库实验在船上进行,自主研制水面实验装置,对影响因素进行修正,以提高实验结果的真实可靠性。剖面探头稳定下落时的雷诺数在104~105范围内,针对这一特点采用数值计算方法进行三维粘性流场数值模拟。结果表明,阻力系数随着雷诺数的增加而减小,数值计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,验证了该数值计算方法的正确性,可为NMOHEMS系列化探头的设计提供参考。NMOHEMS profile probe is mainly used in measurement of the seawater temperature etc. , and the profile data are sensitive to the relation between the falling distance and time. The experimental meth- ods in both the lab pool and the lake were designed. In the lab pool, the sinking processes of different weight probes were shot by high speed camera, and the data processing and error analysis were completed by the image manipulation program based on Opencv. In the lake, the experiment was developed on the board, and the experimental device was independently developed. The main influence factors were fixed to make sure that all the experimental results were reliable. Reynolds number is in scale of 104~ 105 when the probe sinks steadily after accelerating in water. The 3D viscous flow condition were numerically simu- lated, and the results show that the drag coefficient decreases while Reynolds number increases, which ap- proximately accordant agree with the experimental results. Compared with the experimental results, the numerical calculation method was verified. These research provides reference for the design of series of NMOHEMS probes.
