摘　　要：:阐述了采用挂砂冷铁与风冷相结合的强冷工艺。通过计算铸件的热量导出及生产验证 ,证明该工艺是合理的 ;采取 1种长效球化剂延缓球化衰退。This paper describs the enchanced cooling technology connected with chill and wind-cooling chill.Through callulating heat transport of casting and productive test,it is proved that the process design is reasonable and at the same time in order to delay the fading of spheroidai zation,a long effecting spheroidizing agent is employed.
