连铸球铁型材在压铸机冲头上的应用

摘　　要：在对压铸机冲头的服役条件和失效形式进行调查、分析和比较目前常用冲头材料的特点的基础上 ,采用连铸球铁型材制作压铸机冲头 ,装机使用的结果表明 ,该材质制作冲头使用寿命增加 ,价格低廉。In this paper ,applied conditions and failure forms on drift of diecasting machine were analysised,and properties of common drift materials were compared.Based on the above ,authors made use of horizontal continuous cast ductile iron bar for the drift,and result showed that the ductile iron bar was a type of material which is more suitable for making drift.
