安全屏障在心电监护仪中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]设计心电监护仪安全屏障,确保护士心电监护仪临床使用安全。[方法]成立心电监护仪管理小组,分析心电监护仪不安全事件发生的主要原因和危险因素,设计心电监护仪标识屏障、管理屏障,并对护士加强心电监护仪安全培训。[结果]应用安全屏障后心电监护仪不良事件发生率降低,护理管理质量提高。[结论]屏障管理可避免不安全事件的发生,确保心电监护仪使用安全,有效提升心电监护仪的管理质量。Objective：To design ECG monitor safety barriers and ensure the safety of in the clinical use of nurses ECG monitor. Methods：A ECG monitor management group was set up to analyze the main reason for and risk factors of ECG monitor unsafe event occurred, the ECG monitor identifies barrier and management barriers were designed, and the based nurses to enhance the ECG monitor safety training was strengthened for the nurses. Results：After using security barrier, the incidence of adverse events of ECG monitor was reduced and nursing management quality was improved. Conclusion： Barrier management can prevent unsafe incident, and ensure the use of ECG monitor safe so as to effectively enhance the management quality of the ECG monitor
