摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预对手足口病患儿态度、行为及依从性的影响。[方法]选取门急诊输液室手足口病患儿178例,入院后在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,对手足口病患儿护理前后态度、行为及依从性进行调查分析。[结果]护理干预后患儿情绪稳定,态度行为较干预前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前相比较,治疗依从性明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]有效的护理干预可以改善手足口病患儿的态度、行为,并提高其依从性,有助于促进患儿的身心健康。Objective：To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on the attitudes,behaviors and compliance of child patients with HFMD. Methods. A total of 178 cases of child patients with HFMD were selected in outpatient and emergency infusion room, after admission on the basis of routine care, compre- hensive nursing interventions were given to them,then on the attitude and behavior and compliance of the HFMD child were investigated and analyzed before and after nursing. Results： After nursing intervention, child patients with HFMD had the emotional stability,and their attitudes and behaviors were significantly improved than before the intervention, a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Compared with before care,treatment compliance of the patients was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Effective nursing intervention can improve the attitudes, behaviors and compliance of children with hand, foot and mouth disease,and help to promote physical and mental health of HFMD children.
