阿德福韦酯联合苦参素片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿德福韦酯联合苦参素片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法:回顾分析阿德福韦酯联合苦参素片治疗64例慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床资料。结果:观察组(阿德福韦酯与苦参素联合应用组)HBeAg转阴率、e抗体阳转率、HBV-DNA转阴率、ALT复常率明显高于对照组(阿德福韦酯组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1例(1.56%)、对照组2例(3.13%)出现头晕、腹部不适等,均不影响治疗,两组均未见过敏反应和肾功能损害,两组不良反应率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿德福韦酯联合苦参素片治疗慢性乙型肝炎,较单用阿德福韦酯疗效更好,不良反应无差别,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of adefovir dipivoxi combined marine tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method：Reviewed the clinical data of 64 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients treated with adefovir dipivoxi and marine tablets.Result： It showed that the observation group was obviously higher than the control group in the turning normal rate about HbeAg,E antibody,HBV-DNA and ALT,The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;One case（1.56%） in the observation group and two cases（3.13%） in the control group appeared dizziness and abdominal discomfort,while the treatment was not affected.Both groups were not seen the allergic reaction and kidney damage.Two groups of adverse reaction rate compared was no obvious difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Adefovir dipivoxi joint marine tablets was better than only using marine tablets in the curative effect of treating chronic hepatitis B.The adverse reaction was no difference.It is worth further promotion and application in clinical practise.
