摘　　要：针对三通阀、轴承盖、油堵3种类型的铝合金模锻件 ,在生产中出现的折迭与裂纹的质量缺陷 ,进行了分析 ,并相应提出技术措施加以改进 ,取得了满意的效果。In view of the three types of aluminum alloy forging parts of three_port valve, bearing cover and oil blockage, an analysis was made on the quality defects of folding and cracking occurred in the course of production. And the corresponding measures for improvement were put forward, that gained satisfactory result. 6 experience points were concluded for avoiding aluminum alloy forging parts folding and cracking.
