摘　　要：介绍了乌克兰巴顿研究所60kW、60kV真空电子束高压电源的特点，高压整流器、调整电子管、栅偏压电子管主回路及其控制系统的基本原理。根据对该设备电气图纸的学习、研究和在实际焊接工作中发现的问题进行分析和讨论，对巴顿所60KW、60KV真空电子束高压电源进行评价。对在实际的焊接工作中改进、提高设备性能，提出一些稳定焊接束流的措施。Here are introduced the characteristics of powerand the basic principles of high voltage rectifier. regulating tube.the main circuit of the bias tube and the bias tube and the control system of 60 kW. 60 kV vacuum electron beam developed by the BATON Welding Research Institute Ukraine. An evaluation is given based on the discussions and analysis of the studies of the electric diagrams and the problems found in the actual welding operation. Several measures have been worked out to have stabilized welding beams due to the improvement of the performance of the welding source.
