摘 要:为改善发射过程中卫星的动力学环境以保证卫星及其精密仪器的正常工作,设计了一种由限位弹性-阻尼元件构建的新型隔振器。用MSC.Marc非线性分析软件建模,由动力学仿真模拟分析简谐、随机激励下的系统响应。结果表明:加装隔振元件后,隔振系统的振动位移振幅、位移传递率和加速度传递率较原始系统大幅降低。A new vibration isolator which was constructed by elastic damping element with displacement restriction was designed for improving the dynamic environment of the satellite during the launching to ensure the normal working of the precision instruments on board in this paper. The model was established by MSC. Marc software. The system response under the briefness and random stimulation was studied through the dynamic simulation. The results showed that the displacement swing, displacement transfer ratio and acceleration transfer ratio of the system within the vibration isolator were decreased greatly than the original system.
