摘 要:采用乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性筛选模型,对采自井冈山及周边地区的15种植物(22个部位)乙醇提取物的不同溶剂萃取物进行乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性研究。结果表明:在乙酸乙酯萃取物中,供试质量浓度在1mg/mL时,大部分植物均表现出一定的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,其中铁扫帚、龙爪槐茎、金银花和女贞叶表现出较强的抑制活性,抑制率均大于70%,其余大部分植物的抑制率均小于40%。在供试质量浓度在0.025mg/mL时,只有接骨木和南方荚蒾的抑制率大于60%,其余大部分植物的抑制活性均小于30%;在正丁醇萃取物中,供试质量浓度在1mg/mL时,15种植物均具有明显的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,其中铁扫帚、龙爪槐叶、龙爪槐茎和金银花茎的抑制率均大于85%,其余大部分植物的抑制率均大于40%。供试质量浓度在0.025mg/mL时,夹竹桃的抑制率大于80%。其余大部分植物的抑制率均小于40%;在石油醚萃取物中,供试质量浓度在1mg/mL时,15种植物均具有明显的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,其中菜豆、爬山虎叶、南方荚蒾和女贞叶的抑制率均大于90%。供试质量浓度在0.025mg/mL时,仍有部分植物表现出较高的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,其中抑制率大于80%的分别有爬山虎叶、鸡眼草、金银花茎、迎春花茎和叶。另外,有些植物萃取物不仅对乙酰胆碱酯酶没有抑制活性,反而表现出一定的增强作用。To research of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) inhibitory activity of 15 plant extracts which collected from Jinggangshan, Jiangxi Province, model of acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity were used. The results showed that,as ethyl acetate soluble fractions, most of the 15 plants had high inhibitory activity to AChE under the concentration of 1 mg/mL, in which more than 70% inhibiting rates were for Inddigofera bungeana, Sophora japonica, Jasminum nudiflorum and Ligustrum lucidum, more than 40% for the other plants. However, under the concentration of 0.025mg/mL, the extracts of the most plants had low inhibition rate less than 30%, except that Sambucus williamsii and Viburnum fordiae had more than 60% inhibiting rates. As n-butyl alcohol soluble fractions, most 15 plants had high inhibitory activity to AChE under the concentration of 1 mg/mL, more than 85% inhibiting rates for Inddigofera bungeana, Sophora japonica and Jasminum nudiflorum, and only Nerium indicum had more than 80% inhibiting rates under the concentration of 0.025 mg/mL. As petroleum ether soluble fractions, most 15 plants also had high inhibitory activity to AChE under the concentration of 1 mg/mL, 4 plants such as Phaseolus vulgaris, Parthenocissus tricuspidata and Viburnum fordiae etc. had more than 90% inhibiting rates, 4 plants Parthenocissus tricuspidata etc. still had more than 80% inhibiting rates under the concentration of 0.025 mg/mL. On the contrary, some plant extracts even enhanced this enzyme.
