摘　　要：医疗机构信息公开不仅有助于医疗机构自身管理制度的完善,更重要的是有利于医疗机构减少和规避执业风险。本文分析了医疗机构信息公开的类型、方式及相关请求权的行使,并通过对南昌市3家公立医院关于信息公开方面的调查,提出了完善医疗机构服务信息公示制度、完善医疗机构信息公开的程序和内容、建立电子病历查询系统、建立对医务人员在信息公开法律法规方面的培训制度等建议。Information publicity of medical institutions can help them perfect their management system, and more importantly, it is helpful for them to reduce and evade risks in practice. This paper mainly discusses the types and means of information publicity, and the enforcement of related right of claim. Based on the investiga- tion of information publicity in three public hospitals in Nanchang, this paper puts forward the following sugges- tions： perfecting the service information publicity system of medical institutions, perfecting the information pub- licity program and content of medical institutions, establishing inquiry system of electronic medical records, and establishing a training system of information publicity laws and regulations for medical personnel, and so on.
