摘  要:以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,以三氯化磷为前期催化剂,经过预处理的亚磷酸三苯酯为后期催化剂同时乙二胺作为配位催化剂,在真空度0.06~0.098MPa、最高温度不超过110℃条件下5-氨基苯并咪唑酮与2-羟基-3-萘甲酸发生N-酰化缩合反应生成色酚AS-BI。然后经过加碱中和、三次加压水洗、干燥等工序制得纯度≥99.5%的产品(HPLC测)。新工艺已在工业装置运行一年多。With N - methyl pyrrolidone as solvent, Phosphorus trichloride as earlier stage catalyst, triphenyl phosphite which has pretreated as a later period catalyst together 1,2 - ethylenediarnine as coordination catalyst and under the congdition of vacuum degree was 0.06 - 0. 098MPa while highest temperature was beyond 110 degree, Naphthol AS- BI could be obtained by 5 -Aminobenzimidazolone reacting with 2 - hydroxy - 3 - naphthoic acid through N - acylation condensation reaction. The final product which purity was up to 99.5 percent ( HPLC ) was earned by the course of adding sodium carbonate to to neutralize, three water washing under certain pressure. New technology has been in motion in industrial equipment for over one year.
