摘　　要：在马克思经典著作中,蕴含着极其丰富与深刻的人力资源思想。挖掘、认识和研究这些思想,不仅能够丰富和深入马克思理论研究,而且能够为现代人力资源理论与实践提供历史依据。马克思人力资源思想是指导中国人力资源开发与管理实践的不可多得的学术遗产、思想基石和理论指针。The classics of Marxism is rich in the thoughts of human resources, and the writers argue that the explorations may update the Marxist theories, and find historical supports of the present resear- ches and practice. Marxist thoughts are the rare academic heritage, basis and principles that guide the Chi- nese human resources.
