双碱法治理低浓度二氧化硫烟气的生产实践

摘　　要：陕西锌业有限公司商洛炼锌厂挥发窑和多膛炉烟气二氧化硫浓度低,流量及成分波动较大,采用钠钙双碱法脱硫工艺处理。详细介绍钠钙双碱法脱硫工艺原理、工艺设计流程、主要设备及运行情况。装置投产后,基本运行正常,石膏渣可用来生产建筑砌块和粉刷石膏等产品,外排烟气ρ(SO2)≤277 mg/m3,达到了新的环保标准要求。In consideration of the features of off-gases from volatile kiln and multi-hearth roaster, such as flow and composition fluctuation and low SO2 concentration, a soda-lime double alkali desulphurization process was selected. The process principles, flow, main equipment and operation of plant are described. Since put into op- eration, the plant has been running smoothly. Gypsum slag byproduct could be used to produce building blocks and plastering anhydrite. SO2 emissions was ≤277mg/m3 and satisfied the new environmental standards.
