摘　　要：鄂马铃薯10号是湖北恩施中国南方马铃薯研究中心以‘文胜11号’作母本、以‘Dorita5186’作父本,通过有性杂交选育而成,2012年4月通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号为:鄂审薯2012004。该品种属中晚熟品种,商品薯率高,抗晚疫病、青枯病,高抗病毒病。块茎黄皮淡黄肉,品质优,属鲜食和薯片加工兼用型品种。使用脱毒种薯,采用育芽带薯移栽,每667 m2单作种植4 000～4 500株、套作2 400～3 000株。该品种适于在海拔700 m以上地区种植。Emalingshu 10 was developed by the Southern China Potato Research Center using ＇Wensheng 11＇ as female and ＇Dodta5186＇ as male parent, and approved for release by Hubei New Crop Committee in April 2012 （Approval number：. Eshenshu 2012004）. It is a middle late maturing variety, with high marketable tuber percentage, resistance to late blight and bacterial wilt, and high resistance to viral diseases. It has yellow skin and pale yellow flesh, and has good quality, suitable for use as both table stock and possessing into chips. Virus-free seed potatoes and pre-spmuting are recommended. 4 000 - 4 500 hill / 667 m2 in momo- cropping and 2 400 - 3 000 hills / 667 m2 in relay intercropping should be planted. This variety should be planted at places 700 m or more asl.
