摘　　要：目的:检测结核病患者外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)体外感染结核分枝杆菌(M.tb)前后表面Toll样受体2(TLR2)和Toll样受体4(TLR4)的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测结核病患者PMN表面TLR2和TLR4的表达,同时检测正常人PMN表面TLR2和TLR4的表达率;再用M.tb感染结核病患者和正常人外周血,检测PMN表面TLR2和TLR4表达情况。结果:结核病患者外周血感染M.tb前PMN表面TLR2和TLR4表达率明显高于正常人(P<0.01);结核病患者和正常人外周血在感染M.tb后PMN表面TLR2和TLR4表达率均较感染前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:结核病患者PMN表面TLR2和TLR4的表达和活化有助于机体抵御结核感染,TLR2和TLR4共同参与了宿主对M.tb的免疫应答。Objective： To detect the expressions of Toll like receptor 2 （ TLR2 ） and Toll like receptor 4 （ TLR4 ） on neutrophils in tuberculosis patients before and ＇after infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis （ M. tb） in vitro and explore their signifieanees. Methods： The expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 on neutrophils in tuberculosis patients and healthy adults from peripheral blood were determined respectively by flow cytometry. And then after infection of M. tb in vitro, the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 were determined. Results ： The expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in tuberculosis patients were obviously higher than those in healthy adults （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And after infection of M. tb in vitro, the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in tuberculosis patients and healthy adults were obviously lower than before infection of M. tb （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The results indicate that the expressions and activations of TLR2 and TLR4 on neutrophils in tuberculosis patients can help to resist infection of M. tb, and TLR2 and TLR4 take part in immune response to intection of 11/1. tb.
