摘  要:为寻求控制一种新的防控猪高热综合征中草药饲料添加剂质量的有效方法,本研究采用反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱技术评价中草药添加剂质量,并对其主要成分定量分析方法进行探讨。液相色谱的条件为:Agilent HC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)和Agilent保护柱,柱温25℃,流速1 mL/min,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm。通过对黄芩苷、橙皮苷、甘草苷对照品和12批次中草药饲料添加剂RP-HPLC指纹图谱的分析,建立了该中草药添加剂RP-HPLC指纹图谱,获得包括有甘草苷、橙皮苷和黄芩苷等相对稳定的15个共有特征峰。定量分析表明每克中草药添加剂样品中平均含量黄芩苷为(8.488±1.084)mg,橙皮苷为(6.321±0.379)mg,甘草苷(0.218±0.157)mg。本研究建立的定性和定量检测方法可用于新的中草药添加剂的质量检测。In order to find an effective method to control the quality of a novel Chinese herbal additive to control the porcine hyperpyrexia syhdrome, a RP - HPLC fingerprint has been developed. The conditions were as follows : Using Agilent HC - C18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) with the gradient elution program. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphate. The column temperature is 25℃. The flow rate was kept at 1.0 mL/min - 1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Analysis the RP - HPLC result of reference substance of baicalin, hesperidin, liquiritin and 12 batches of herbal feed additives, the RP -HPLC fingerprint common pattern of the chinese herbal additives was established. Compared with the reference substance, 15 common peaks were analyzed. Average content per gram of Chinese herbal medicine additive samples are baicalin 8. 488±1. 084 mg, hesperidin 6.321 ±0.379 nag, liquiritin 0.218±0. 157 nag. This method could used for valuing control the quality of the additives.
