摘　　要：党的十七大细化了稳定的内涵,使狭义社会稳定的范畴更为明确,特指社会主义和谐社会构建中社会管理的终极追求,包括良好的社会风气和社会治安状况等方面的内容。在现代化社会的转型过程中,广大的发展中国家普遍面临着社会发展与社会稳定这一矛盾。几代领导核心共同致力于社会稳定事业,提出了契合实际的社会稳定理论,这些伟大思想一脉相承。The Seventeenth Party Congress details the content of stablity, making clearer the narrowed scope of social stability, which is the ultimate pursuit of social management in the construction of a harmonious socialist society in particular, including the contents of the good social moralities and social security status. In the process of modem social transformation, the majority of developing countries generally face the contradictions of the social development and social stability. Generations of the core of leadership have committed to social stability career, fitting the actual social stability theories. These great theories are all in the same strain.
