摘　　要：张五常教授的经典论文《企业的合约性质》主要探讨了企业与市场的区分与转化以及本质问题,主要是两者的成本与合约的差异。文中的许多观点非常新颖和有趣,既明确地解释了问题,又充满了哲理。结合该文,笔者提出了许多感想。＂The Contractual Nature of the Firm＂ by Steven Cheung mainly discussed the distinction and transformation between firm and market as well as the nature problem of them, mainly are the differences of both cost and contract between them. Many views of this paper are very novel and interesting, not only has explained the problem clearly, but also full of philosophy. Combined with this paper, I put forward many feeling.
