摘　　要：中国正在从"世界工厂"的角色逐步转变为"世界市场",在这一转变过程中,我国面临着大量侵权商品流入的风险。本文通过对于侵权商品与商品进出口的相关性分析,来了解侵权商品量与商品进出口量之间的相关程度以及侵权商品的种类,对于海关在知识产权保护与管理和海关监控方面有着重要意义。China is changing its role from the ＂world factory＂ to the role of the ＂world market＂. In this process of change, China is facing a risk of a large number of infringing goods. This paper comes out the correlation analysis for import and export goods and infringing goods, to understand the amount of infringing goods and the import and export volume of goods and the degree of correlation between the types of infringing goods, which has a significant meaning to customs protection of intellectual property and customs control and management
