摘 要:目的 探讨13 2 Ge对矽肺血清SOD活性、LPO水平及肝Kupffer细胞功能的影响。方法 将实验大鼠分为A、B、C三组 ,A、B两组气管内注入石英尘混悬液 ,C组注入生理盐水 ;A组饮用含13 2 Ge水 ,B、C两组饮用自来水。 6个月后取心脏血 ,用亚硝酸盐形成法测定血清SOD同工酶活性 ,硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定血清LPO水平。用肝Kupffer细胞诱生肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)试验测定矽肺鼠细胞免疫功能。结果 A组大鼠血清总SOD和CuZnSOD活性与B组相比显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ,A组血清LPO水平 ( 6 17± 1 2 7)与B组 ( 8 3 1± 1 11)相比明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。B组肝Kupffer细胞诱生TNF的能力略有下降 ,但A组则略有上升。结论 13 2Objective To explore the influence of germanium 132( 132 Ge)on serum activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),level of lipid peroxidation(LPO)and function of liver Kupffer cells in rats with silicosis.Methods Experimental rats were divided into three groups.Groups A and B were instilled intratracheally with suspension of mixed quartz dust,and Group C with normal saline.Group A was fed with water containing 132 Ge and Groups B and C were fed with tap water.After six month,blood specimens were collected from animal hearts.Serum activity of SOD iso enzymes was determined with nitrite formation method,serum LPO level was determined with thio barbiturate colorimetry,and cellular immunity of silicotic rats was determined by tumor necrosing factors(TNF)test.Results Serum total activity of SOD increased more significantly in Group A than in Group B(P<0 01).Serum LPO level in Group A(6 17±1 27)decreased significantly than in Group B(8 31±1 11).Ability to induce TNF in liver Kupffer cells reduced slightly in Group B and increased slightly in Group A.Conclusion 132 Ge can play certain roles in decrease in damage to macrophages and improvement of immune function in rats.
