梳理力测量仪的研制与应用

摘　　要：为测量梳理过程中梳棉机的锡林与盖板间的梳理力,设计和制造了一种固定在活动盖板加工凹槽中的梳理力测量仪。并对梳理力测量仪所采用的应变式力传感器的安装方法、电路设计、数据采集和显示及处理等方面做了详细分析。实验结果表明该梳理力测量仪具有测量灵敏好、实时采集可靠等特点。通过数据采集及A/D处理电路和计算机技术,实现了梳理力测量基于VB软件开发平台实现数据采集、实时显示与处理。To measure the carding force between cylinder and its flat in a carding machine, a dynamometer in- stalled in the notch of a movable fiat was designed and manufactured. The installation of strain force sensor, circuit layout, data collection, data process and data display of the dynamometer are described in detail. The experiments show that the dynamometer is highly sensitive and reliable in collecting real time data. With technologies of data collecting, A/D processing circuit and database, this device can fulfill the functions of data collecting, real -time display and processing on VB platform.
