三黄苦参汤对糖尿病足治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察三黄苦参汤外洗法治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法按Wagner分类法,符合0～2级的糖尿病足溃疡患者,在内科综合治疗基础上,给予三黄苦参汤外洗法治疗1个月,采用尼龙绳触觉、音叉感觉测定、足背动脉搏动、双下肢动脉彩超评价治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,治疗组体征改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄苦参汤对糖尿病足具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of San Huang Ku Shen Tang in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Diabetic patients with foot lesion Wagner grade 0-2 were recruited. In addition to primary treatment,feet of the patients were washed by using San Huang Ku Shen Tang for one month. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by the tests of nylon rope and tuning fork, fluctuations in the dorsalis pedis artery and ultrasonogra phy of lower extremity artery. Results The symptoms of diabetic patients in the treatment group were significantly improved when compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion San Huang Ku Shen Tang shows beneficial effect in the treatment of diabetic foot.
