浙江省渔用饲料中三聚氰胺含量调查分析

摘　　要：三聚氰胺是一种重要的化工原料,农业部已明令禁止在饲料中人为添加三聚氰胺。通过对2008-2010年期间在浙江省11个地市的水产养殖生产现场抽取虾蟹、龟鳖、鱼类等渔用饲料238批次进行三聚氰胺含量测定及结果调查分析,全面掌握了浙江省水产养殖生产中渔用饲料受三聚氰胺污染情况。分析了渔用饲料中三聚氰胺的污染来源和其对动物的危害性,为今后渔用饲料质量安全监管提供科学依据。Melamine is one kind of important chemical materials, which was forbidden from adding in aquatic feeds by the Ministry of Agriculture. The investigation and analysis results of melamine content in shrimp, crab, fish, and turtle feed were presented in this paper, covering 238 batches from 11 cities and counties in Zhejiang Province. The sources of melamine pollution in aquatic feeds were analyzed and its harm to animals was illustrated, which could pro- vide scientific basis for aquatic feed quality and safety supervision.
