摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了枯草芽孢杆菌对小麦全蚀病菌的抑制作用,苗期盆栽试验采用枯草芽孢杆菌浸种和出苗后灌根2种处理方式测定了枯草芽孢杆菌对小麦苗期全蚀病发病的防治效果.结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌对小麦全蚀病菌菌丝生长表现出较好的抑制效果;盆栽试验中2种处理方法均使小麦苗期全蚀病的发病率及病情指数显著低于对照组,且两种处理方式对同一品种的发病率影响不显著;"矮抗58"的发病率和病情指数均高于"周麦22"且差异显著;无论是苗后灌根还是播前浸种,枯草芽孢杆菌对"周麦22"的防治效果都比"矮抗58"好,达显著水平,病情指数结果与此相似,可能与不同品种的特性有关.试验结果还表明苗后灌根较播前浸种处理的效果好,两个品种表现趋势一致",矮抗58"和"周麦22"无论在是品种间还是品种内差异均达到极显著水平.Mycelium growth rate method was adopted to determine the inhibition of Gaeumannomyees graminis var. tritici by Bacillus subtilis.Soaking seeds before sowing and irrigating root after emergence by B. subtilis were adopted in the seedling pot experiment to determine the control effect of take-all by B. subtilis.The results showed that:B. subtilis showed better effect inhibitory on the G. graminis var. tritici growth.The pot experiment results showed that the basic trend of the control effect of the two methods are consistent,that is,for the take-all disease of wheat seedlings the incidence and disease index were significantly lower than the control group,and the incidence of take- all disease is not significant on the same varieties of wheat;the incidence and disease index of "Aikang58" were higher than the "Zhoumai22" ;Whether the postemergence irrigate root and the seed soaking before sowing, the control effect of B. subtilis on the take-all disease of "Zhoumai22" is better than the "Aikang58",up to a significant level,the condition index is similar to the control effect,these results may be related to the characteristics of different varieties.The results also show that after emergence irrigate root can achieve good results on the control the take-all disease of wheat seedlings,the performance trend of two varieties is consistent,"Aikang58" and "Zhoumai22",in terms of euhivars or varieties,the control effect have reached a significant level.
