几种抗菌素对鸡大肠杆菌的抑菌试验

摘　　要：通过对卫辉市某鸡场疑似大肠杆菌病进行大肠杆菌的分离与鉴定,研究几种抗生素对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用.在琼脂平皿上贴药敏片,测量抑菌圈的直径来确定药物的抑菌作用.结果表明:大肠杆菌对红霉素、四环素、强力霉素、先锋霉素表现为中度敏感,其它表现为低度敏感或者没有抑菌效果.Doubtful colibacillosis of fowl in field Weihui was separated to study on several kinds of antibiotics on Escherichia coli in vitro bacteriostasis.The agar plate with sensitivity,measurement of antibacterial circle diameter to determine drug antibacterial effect,the results show that Escherichia coli to erytbromycin,tetracycline,doxycycline, cefobid showed moderately sensitive,other manifestations of low sensitivity or no antibacterial effect.
