摘 要:研究壳聚糖微粒对生长鹅免疫机能的影响,选用120只28日龄的扬州白鹅,随机分为4组(设对照组和0.10%,0.20%和0.30%的壳聚糖微粒添加组),每组30只鹅,饲养试验持续28 d.试验结果表明:在整个试验期间,壳聚糖微粒0.10%和0.20%组鹅血清IgG、IgM、IgA浓度均显著高于对照组和0.30%壳聚糖微粒组(P<0.05),但各试验组与对照组血清IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α浓度间无显著性差异(P>0.05).表明壳聚糖微粒(0.20%和0.30%添加量)对扬州白鹅的免疫机能有显著性影响.The effect of chitosan on immune functions of growing goose was investigated,a total of 120 Yangzhou white geese (sex balance,28 d of age) were allotted to 3 groups (Based on basal diet,O% (control group),0.10%, 0.20% and 0.30% chitosan were added respectively),each group has 3 replicates with 10 geese in each replicate, the feeding experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that serum IgG,IgM,IgA concentration of 0.10% and 0.20% chitosan groups were significant higher than those of control and 0.30% chitosan groups (P〈0.05).whereas,serum,IL- 1,IL-2 and TNF-α levels were not difference among groups (P〉O.05).
