摘　　要：阿魏酸具有抗血小板聚集、抗炎、抗氧化等多项药理作用,在医药、食品、化妆品等领域应用广泛。近年来阿魏酸分子改造中一个重点是其酯类衍生物的研究,本文综述了近年来阿魏酸酯类衍生物的药理作用以及合成方法研究进展,对探索新的阿魏酸酯类化合物并开拓阿魏酸临床上药理作用具有重要意义。Ferulic acid is widely used in medicine, food, cosmetics and other fields because of it＇s anti-platelet aggregation, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and many other pharmacological effects. The study of the ferulic acid ester derivatives are very important in ferulic acid＇molecule modification recently. The progress on the synthesis and pharmacological effects of ferulic acid ester derivatives is reviewed. Its significance lies in exploring new ferulic acid ester compounds and to increase or strengthen its pharmacological effects in the clinical.
