肠内营养粉在严重烧伤患者中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养粉在严重烧伤患者中的方法及疗效。方法随机抽取我院收治的84例严重烧伤患者，随机分为两组。对照组42例行肠外营养支持为主的常规治疗，实验组42例行肠内营养。随访1～2个月，对比两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合率及愈合时间。结果两组间相比，治疗后实验组患者的总有效率为95．2％，高于对照组的81．0％（P〈0．05）；且实验组患者的创面愈合率及愈合时间均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论运用肠内营养粉支持严重烧伤患者，可显著增加创面愈合率，减少创面愈合时间，提高患者的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of the application of enteral nutrition powder in patients with severe bums. Methods 84 severely burned patients were randomly assigned to two groups. 42 patients in the control group were given parenteral nutrition support and 42 patients in the experiment group were given enteral nutrition support. Patients were followed up for one to two months, and clinical efficacy, wound healing rate and healing time of the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the experiment group was 95.2% and was significantly higher than 81.0% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; wound healing rate and healing time of the experiment group were also significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of enteral nutrition powder to support patients with severe bums can significantly increase the healing rate, reduce wound healing time and improve clinical efficacy.
