高频彩超在阴囊内疾病诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的对高频彩超在阴囊内疾病诊断中的准确性进行分析，证实其确切的临床价值。方法对我院2010年8月～2011年8月使用高频彩超进行诊断的86例阴囊内疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将患者的高频彩超诊断结果与患者的病理诊断及临床治疗结果进行比较，验证影像诊断的准确性。结果86例研究对象中高频彩超诊断’与病理诊断及治疗结果一致的83例，诊断的准确率为96．5％。结论高频彩超在阴囊内疾病诊断的应用中具有较高的准确率，对疾病的定位和定性诊断均有重要价值。Objective To analyze the accuracy of high frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrascrotal diseases in order to confirm its exact clinical value. Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with intrascrotal diseases diagnosed with high frequency color ultrasound in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnosis by high frequency color ultrasound was compared to the pathologic diagnosis and clinical treatment. Results Of the 86 patients, diagnosis of 83 patients by high frequency color ultrasound was consistent with the pathologic diagnosis and clinical treatment, with the diagnostic accuracy of 96.5%. Conclusion Application of high frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrascrotal diseases is highly accurate and therefore is of important value to the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of diseases.
