护理干预对患者理解多囊卵巢综合征和腹针疗法及心理的影响

摘　　要：目的调查患者对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)和腹针疗法的认识和心理状态,为实施信息对称的健康教育及心理疏导提供依据。方法调查分析我院2011年1月～2012年1月因不孕就诊,诊断为PCOS患者60例,将其随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),问卷调查年龄、BMI指数、在职情况、对PCOS和腹针疗法的认识等,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),测评其心理状况。实验组根据调查分析,制订护理干预措施,对照组实施常规护理。结果两组患者中知道BMI指数意义、了解PCOS、理解腹针疗法、焦虑自评分≤40的例数,实验组优于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者的体重、BMI指数、腰围、SAS评分的均数比较,差异高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理实施信息对称的教育,对PCOS患者控制体重、认知PCOS和腹针疗法、消除患者心理压力及积极配合治疗起重要作用。Objective To investigate the cognition and mental state of patients regarding, polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） and abdominal acupuncture, and to provide a basis for implementing information symmetry of health education and psychological counseling. Methods 60 patients with Infertility and diagnosed with PCOS were randomly assigned to experimental group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30） from January 2011 to January 2012. The age, BMI index, working conditions, and the awareness of abdominal acupuncture and PCOS were surveyed using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） to evaluate their mental state, and to develop the nursing interventions according to the results of analysis in the experimental group, control group received routine care. Results The number of patients in experimental group with understanding BMI, PCOS, the abdominal acupuncture, and the anxiety score ≤ 40 were larger than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The weight, BMI index, waistline, SAS scores were compared in two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of symmetric information in nursing education plays an important role in controlling weight in PCOS patients, perceiving the PCOS and abdominal acupuncture, eliminating the psychological pressure of patients and actively cooperating with the treatment.
